This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled on the CorporateBhaiya platform. By making a payment, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Payments

All payments on CorporateBhaiya are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

2. Course Enrollment Refunds

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started or access to course materials has been granted.
If a refund request is made before the course start date, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds may include deductions for payment gateway and administrative charges.

3. 1:1 Mentorship & Slot Bookings

Mentorship sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling is subject to mentor availability.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In cases where a payment is debited but the transaction fails or is duplicated, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Dissatisfaction after course access
Violation of platform policies or misuse of services

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
